1) Jews killed Christ: Since Christ was a very important figure in Christianity, and the Jews were saddled with his death, this caused hatred of the Jews. In actuality, the Romans crucified Christ and crucifixion is not even a permissible form of Jewish execution.
2) Blood Libels: Vicious rumors circulated in both the Christian and Islamic Worlds that Jews used blood of non-Jewish children for the creation of their Passover unleavened bread. In actuality, murder, consumption of blood, and consumption of humans are all strongly prohibited in Jewish culture and revolting to Jews.
3) Extreme Wealth and Extreme Poverty: Depending on the country, Jews were either accused of hoarding riches and using them to alter policies and politics (primarily Western Europe and the Arab World) or accused of being so poor and depraved that they were ruining life for the Middle Class and Elite (Poland and Russia). Both cases exacerbated Jewish influence and were an easy scapegoat for the much larger percentage of wealth hoarded by non-Jewish nobility.
