the health care crisis is the huge disparity that exists between health care providers and the number of folks that can afford to pay for health care. The crisis is so severe that some folks are treated but not adequately for lack of funds to pay for the care or treated in a substandard way according to one's ability to pay. I believe the true crisis exists when the current system will let folks continue to live in a precarious physical condition or even deny critical care because of the central issue of money. This reflects a sorely declining moral value that cherishes money over human life.
