There are no 'quick fixes' when it comes to losing weight. You can take diet pills (extremely bad for your health) and lose some weight, but it will come back on and you'll be popping pills for the rest of your life and eventually you'll have health problems. The South Beach Diet and Weight Watchers have been noted as the top most healthy diets to lose weight by. It just is this simple .. you eat fruit, veggies, 3 1/2 ounces of protein at each meal (for a woman) and 6 - 8 1/2 ounces of protein for a man. Grains, dairy such as eggs, yogurt, etc. Butter is better for you than Margarine (butter is pure and just read the label on the Margarine container ... too many additives.) If one prefers to stay away from red meat there is chicken, fish, and any type of seafood, but this protein is essential in the body. Exercising (even fast walking with a friend) jogging, swimming are all forms of good exercise. You don't have to spend a lot of money at gyms. Weight Watchers is learning how to eat properly again. Most people over eat! Of course those 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water are a must to flush fats and toxins out of the body. Alcohol puts weight on, but it doesn't mean if out socially you can't have a couple. It's a fact that women are loaded with yeast. That's why they get yeast infections or generally don't feel 100%. If you back off gradually from yeast products (breads, buns, Pizza crust, cake, etc.) you'll see the weight drop off of you, BUT, after 6 weeks you need to introduce a small portion of yeast back into your body. No quick fixes here and no magic pills to keep that weight off for good! It takes work and anything worth attaining is worth the fight. Get busy, get moving and don't live to eat, but eat to live.
Exercise. There aren't any readily available preparations that have been clinically proven to burn fat. Some companies make claims about their pill having great abilities to "Melt away fat", but the reality is it's all "placebo affect", meaning that if you're paying attention to what you're eating and taking their pill, you'll probably eat less and lose weight. But the pill had nothing to do with it, it's all in your head. A couple of interesting preparations are close to being approved or potentially being approved. But they will be by prescription only.
No diet pills will help you lose weight. The only way to safely and healthily lose weight is to combine a program of exercise with a calorie deficit (meaning you eat fewer calories than you expend) over a period of time. Any loss due to pills may increase your weight loss but the effect is temporary and unhealthy therefore cannot be said to have helped you!
You would be better off to avoid "diet pills."
Stick to the basics of eating a well balanced, natural, whole foods diet.
This should include vegetables, fruit, beans and legumes, seeds and nuts, and grains.
Avoid refined, processed foods like cake, cookies, white bread, etc.
Commit to a moderate exercise regimen and the weight will come off safely and quickly without the expense and potential dangers inherent in diet pills.
The best diet pill, according to me would be the one which is made up of natural substances. There are a lot of diet pills in the market that actually work, but the only issue is that the ones based on chemical compounds might cause some side-effects and hence affect the quality of living.
As for the diet pills with natural actives, I would suggest >>>> cutt.ly/HjrfugA

There is no such pill. Not from Walmart or anywhere else.
It all depends on the type of diet pill you are wanting to take. That is a question that is best for your primary physician who can monitor your progress if you are trying to loose weight.

NO! Absolutely not! You don't even have to take one diet pill!
can you take 2day diet pills and adipex
I would not recomend a diet pill unless you have been declared by a doctor to be obese. If you have been then ask you're doctor what kind of diet pill you should take.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking any type of diet pill.
The healthiest way to lose weight is to be on a sensible diet and exercise program. A doctor can help to decide what diet is appropriate for you and your health.
Diet Pills are constantly advertised. But honestly, it is better not to take them. Diet pills can cause Heart Attacks.
