It depends, because there's no such thing as an average woman - she might have a petite , medium or large frame which will affect her weight or take part in a sport that leads to the build up of muscle mass, increasing weight. So long as she's fit and happy, weight is unimportant.
Most consider the 'ideal range' to be in-between a BMI of 18.5 and 24.9. However, it depends on the individual. In some cases, people will have smaller/larger frame sizes and can weigh more or less than the average person their height. If you're concerned about your weight, talk to a doctor.
