A woman under the age of 18 years old standing 5"4 feet tall, would bring about a different calculation, because the bones are larger and not completely developed. However a woman who is over the age of 18 who is also 5"4 inches tall should weigh in between 123 lbs - 132 lbs. Bear in mind, of course, that many different elements can affect weight besides height and physical condition. A large-framed person will properly weigh more than a person with a smaller frame. There is also body width, proportion of torso to leg length, size of the head and other extremities, etc., to keep in mind. A woman who is 5'4" and in excellent condition who has a large frame, large head, wide hips, large breasts, and a long torso with short legs would have a very different "ideal" weight range than her friend who is 5'4", in excellent condition, but with long legs, narrow hips, smaller breasts and a small frame.
