Age is usually not used to determine ideal body weights. Normally we start with women at 100 lbs and men at 110 lbs, and add 5 lbs for each inch over 5 ft in height. Note that this is often at the lower end of a healthy weight, as active individuals may be able to healthy at 10-20 lbs over this figure. Also women could add 10 lbs and men an additional 20 lbs for increased musculature, if applicable. Sorry, "big-boned" doesn't count.
