the ideal body weight for a women that is 5'6'', no matter age, should be between 120-140 pounds, and my vary depending on how much muscle the person has which weighs more than fat. anything above 140lbs (unless muscular) is considered risky according to the BMI (body mass index) chart. risky as in higher rates of Diabetes, heart problems and other things related to being overweight.
