There isn't one Timing is Controlled by the PCM. Turning the distributor only adjust fuel sync so don't do it. Unless you have a pricey scanner it will be hard to get it back in Sync
An "H" engine code in the fifth position of the VIN designates a 340ci or 360ci engine. Other engine codes are "B" (198ci), "C"(225ci) or "G"(318ci).

yes, but it's not a direct swap. the 351W is a small block and the 360 is a big block. As such you will need to change things like motor mounts.Good luck

you have to remove the fuel tank and then I think you have to twist the fuel pump then it should slide right out.
Hard. The 360 and V10 take different computers, transmissions, radiators, wiring harneses, exhaust systems,.......
Check for a vacuum leak somewhere. It might just be a cracked rubber vacuum line. Try short sprays of starting fluid at or near a suspected vacuum leak. You'll hear the engine idle speed change immediately if you find a leak.
