How ever these effects could be classified into two categories which are positive or negative effects. one positive effect of the coming of the Europeans is that it led to the change of culture in the sense that some babaric acts which were being practised by some tribes were abolished.

The dominating country in Ghana which would be the British, colonized in Ghana(the Gold Coast) and further connected Ghana into world trade. As trade increased, income increased which created a demand for goods. Thus, new jobs opened up within factories and the economy was boosted.
