waste accumulation has a lot of problems linked with it such as they become the breeding grounds for a variety of pests, mosquitoes, flies which are the ace spreaders of diseases such as dengue, malaria,chikungunea, cholera typhoid etc.
Also they attract stray animals like dogs and cows which add to the mess and may block ways.
an added trouble is foul smell and bad scenery...

∙ 9y agoFood waste is presently being investigated across many countries. Not only food wasted from our homes after meals are prepared but the waste incurred by over purchase which then becomes past sell by and use by dates and causes the family to have to dispose of it but also the waste generated by food outlets like restaurants and retailers who dump millions of tons of food away each year.
The food has to be collected and transported to a dump where it has to rot down. This is not just costly but not good for the environment as rotting food produces gasses which effect our ozone layer.
In addition such waste when some of the world is starving is now being seem as immoral. Countries are now looking at ways that over produced foods can be redistributed to areas where growing and or production is difficult.
