There isn't a Glow Foods program in my country, but from what I can gather the program in the US is designed to simplify the way children are taught about food, nutrients, exercise, health and hygiene, and so on.
The material I've seen on Go Glow Grow foods describes Go foods (grains, etc) as food to give you energy; Glow foods (fruit and vegetables) as food to keep you looking well, and Grow foods (dairy, meat, etc) as foods to help you grow strong.
So it seems, at least according to the preschool program I've seen, that these are the basic foods, promoted in a way that is meaningful to young kids. Can't see any harm in that: they're just about healthy foods and a healthy lifestyle presented in a simple way designed to appeal to children.
so we will be so healthy
