Records are there to identify a calf, its date of birth, birthweight (if necessary), and its dam and sire, as well as its tag number and any health records (vaccination, treatments, etc.) with that calf. All of these records, and more, are there in case a problem arises where the calf, if grown into a full-grown cow or bull (depending on the sex of the calf) needs to be traced back to its birth place or for any genetic records of its sire and dam.
Everywhere, if you mean as in raising and breeding livestock.
Jay L. Lush has written: 'Animal breeding plans' -- subject(s): Animals, Breeding, Livestock
Artificial selection, also called selective breeding, is a form of human intervention in plant or animal evolution.
so you dont get any mixs of animals of any kind
The main principles and practices to go by are the following: - adequate knowledge of animal nutrition - adequate knowledge of animal health - adequate knowledge of animal handling - adequate knowledge of animal care and husbandry - adequate knowledge of animal breeding and breeds - suitable facilities - time, money and effort to ensure the health and comfort (generally) of livestock are met There are many other things, but these are the most important.
The advantage of animal breeding is that animals that are close to extinction can be repopulated. The disadvantage of animal breeding is over population of common animal species.
Young livestock are stock that are still growing, or are at a young age. Young stock are typically used for meat production, but others are grown for breeding purposes. Mature livestock are those that have reached sexual maturity and have stopped growing. They are almost always larger than the young livestock (depending on the breed and type of animal involved), and are used for breeding purposes.

Animal breeding has no impact on the rotation of the earth.
Yes, breeding cows is considered as animal husbandry.
There are many advantages but I will keep this short 1. For quantaty: to breed animals for foods in large amounts 2. For selective breeding: to improve certain qualities in breeds of animails by breeding the male with the best qualities with the female with the best qualities. This happens in nature with the Alpha male and Alpha female breeding (natural selection), but people for centuries have been breeding certain animals with the right qualities to improve them for our own purposes - ie this is where we get certain dog breeds from (all domesticated dogs come from wild dogs such as wolves, but the 'wolf' DNA is nearly completely bred out of them nowadays). Other examples - horses (for racing, pulling carts, hunting, etc), cows (for best milk, meat, showing), etc, etc....
"animal breeding games" "breeding games" "care taking games" there are a lot of them.
