Lipase may be found in a woman's breast milk. Lipase is an enzyme and is released by the pancreas and them goes into the small intestine.
Length of the large intestine is only 50 inches. The length of the small intestine is about 20 feet. Still the former is called as large intestine. It is because the diameter of the intestine is very large as compared to small intestine.

A hormone called cholecystokinin stimulates the release of pancreatic juice from the pancreas, and a component of this pancreatic juice is a group of enzymes called nucleases.
