Well there is an answer but it's not to understand the difference between authoritarian and authoritative relationships because there is no difference. An authoritarian is a person who has authority over someone else. An authoritative relationship is when someone has authority over the other person. See the difference? No because there is NONE. So back to your question, if you know they are bullying then you obviousley understand that your not in an authoritated relationship with this person, right? So take it to the big boss.
