So far the Xbox 360 hard disk drives come in 20, 60, and 120 Gig sizes. These are the only sizes besides the smaller portable hard disk drives, mostly used for player profiles. Hope this helps! ~FamilyGuyLvr~
Or if your like me and have a modded banned xbox you can modd your hardrive very easly. All you have to do is take the screws out with a t8 or t7 screw driver and take out the hard drive from the plastic case and put in another HD that is bigger. I have a 2.5 tera byte in my xbox. If your not banned from xbl don't do it because you will get banned. For those who don't know how much 2.5 tera bytes are that is 2,500gb.
There isn't a single element of this response that's true.
- There's a 250GB hard drive available. It came with the MW2 bundle.
- You don't have a 2.5TB hard drive in your xbox for the following reasons
- 2.5TB hard drives don't exist (this should really be enough already, but....)
- The xbox360 uses a 2.5" hard drive, which makes your claim even less true (640GB max at the moment)
- A hard drive needs to be flashed with an original xbox 360 hard drive firmware in order to be recognized by the system. It doesn't matter if your hard drive is 250GB, 300GB, or "2.5TB," it needs to be flashed with the authentic xbox 360 firmware to be recognized by the system, which means only 20,60,120, or 250GB will be accessible.
See now Mr. Knowitall... That's not exactly true, because, with proper hacking you could put a 20 billion gig harddrive in it if they existed that is.
Because, all you really have to do, is obtain the size of hard drive you want, say a 1TB hard drive, and download the 360 hard drive firmware online and literally drag and drop it onto the 1TB hard drive...
Take your own genuine 360 hard drive, and remove the memory unit, replace it with the 1TB memory unit and slap the hard drive on your 360 and there you go.. a1 TB hard drive..
Also, indie companies.. by which i mean computer nerds.. will do this for you for a small fee.. People have been customizing hard drives for game consoles since PS2... which you actually had to make one for it. But they were and are available...
THIS IS NOT AN ANSWER
JUST MORE INFO ABOUT THE PROBLEM
I already tried getting it repaired from MS and I sent it and it was returned and not repaired because they said it was tampered
it never was but when I got it back there were spots on the back that were damaged with red arrows pointing to them
the MS sticker was still one but with weird circles
anyways
I tried disputing it and they said that it has been taken to the farthest that I can dispute it
and said that even if it looks a little tampered (casing, sticker, other stuff) it counts as tampered
so I need to know where I can take my 360 to (I don't want to send it)
in central Florida around the Orlando area is where I was thinking of since its a big city
so where can I take it?
you can Google it, there are many console repair store in each location.

In short: no. The Xbox 360 has to install an original Xbox emulator program to run the Xbox games. It stores this emulation software on the hard drive.
$10-$15

There really is not much you can do. You can try to sell it online or sell it to a video game store.
You can buy a Xbox 360 s hard drive from the Xbox website.
No, but you do have the ability to buy a cord from gamestop that allows you to connect the old xbox 360 hard drive to the kinect.
If you have a hard drive. If you do not have a hard drive in your 360 it will not workAll Xbox games will work on a 360 that has a hard drive (elite and pro come with hard drive). Arcade version owners need to buy a hard drive first
The Xbox original does a hard drive like any other console. The Xbox 360 however is portable and can be changed.
