It depens on how much lift is on it, but without a lift you should comfortably be able to fit 33x8 sized tires on them with little or no rubbing.
The Largest tire you can put on any Endeavor with a stock suspension, without rubbing, 2wd or 4wd, is a 245/70/17, These are factory on Durangos and will lift your truck roughly an inch. The is no rubbing of fenders but your speed will be 58.7 at an indicated 60mph on the speedometer.

it could be the idler puller rubbing on the bearings. we had to replace it on our 2006 Chevy trailblazer ext.
265/35 22inch rim is the biggest you can go without rubbing. It is also a smooth ride for having 22's on your stock 2006 Chrysler 300
If you add a leveling kit to the front of you ram, you should be able to get a 35 inch tire under it without rubbing the wheels wells. without a level, a 33 will fit nicely.
The largest tire size that can fit on a 2006 Ford F2 50 crew cab, without needing a list, is a 275 R 95 22. Any tire larger than this will need a lift kit.
