Magazine, not clip. If the rifle was manufactured after the passage of the 1994 Clinton ban, then it can only have one of the features listed in the BATFE's definition of a so-called "civilian assault rifle" (i.e., bayonet lug, flash suppressor, pistol grip, collapsible buttstock, etc.). One of these features is legal in NY state - two or more is not. New York also restricts the capacity of magazines manufactured after 1994 to ten rounds, so the magazine you mention would not be legal.
The capacity of a paper clip is milligrams positive
The high-capacity magazine (not clip) does have a "wheel" allowing you to wind it, which reloads automatically, and usually holds above 300 rounds. Short answer is Yes
10 is legal in california. But it depends on the model. Anywhere from 6-17
I have an 80 G rifle but no clip. I would be willing to sell the rifle without the clip.
yes, banana clips are legal in the state of California. I myself just purchased a 600 round banana clip and a rocket launcher.
I believe that according to California 'code', a handgun/pistol can NOT have a clip/magazine with the capacity of holding more than 10 (ten) rounds, in order to be considered 'legal'.You should check the codes in your area before relying on me though, I am not a LAWYER or legal professional.Since the GLOCK 19 comes 'standard' with a 15 (fifteen) round magazine, they would NOT be considered 'legal' in the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, if the above code(s) are in place which only allow magazines capable of holding 10 (ten) rounds or less of ammunition.
No, it didn't have a clip.
