Pentosin G12 coolant is pink. If it's leaking inside the car, that sounds like a heater core problem. If it's leaking on the ground, the passenger side is where the hoses and water pump are.
the new volkswagens as i know it has hydrostatic transmissions no dipstick no plug ........if u see a low fluid trans light or trans service light is on jack up car and find where it is leaking from because it is busted
under the front hood, behind the spare tire. right next to the washer fluid reservoir.
The fluid Volkswagen installs at the factory is Pentosin CHF-11S. Napa sells it.
Owner's manual. Actual Answer: There is no data in the owner's manual on checking or maintaining the transmission fluid level. I have a new beetle, it's leaking, and it seems the only recourse to submit myself (and my wallet) to the VW dealer - again.
passenger side green cap next to the wiper fluid
oh no the hose became brittle and fluid is pouring out
most likely cause is your heater core leaking
2500 ml engine oil, 3000 ml gear oil, and however much brake fluid will go in it.
You don't!! closed system, take to auto service repair shop.
Probably a leaking heater core.
Fluid on the passenger side floor is one of two things. Either you have a water leak from outside, as in a windshield leaking, condenser drain line stopped up and leaking into the car, or the heater core is leaking. Taste the fluid. If it taste sweet, it is coolant and the heater core needs replacing.
Probably brake fluid, your caliper seal may have gone bad
