Depending on the intensity, it may be advisable to take a break every 30 minutes or so. Individuals should stop exercise immediately if they feel weak, woozy or dizzy at any point. Also, individuals looking to do long sessions of exercise several times a week should make sure they're eating enough calories and resting enough to help deter overtraining. Long lasting fatigue or diminishing endurance is a sign of overtraining, and individuals should consider reducing the intensity or duration of their workouts.
