I can't but you could try googling or yahooing "online vets" and ask that there. Also I have a dog who had a lump on it's side, and it was a cyst. We went to the vet and it wasn't serious so they gave him antibiotics and it went away. You could try going to the real vet, too, is what I'm trying to tell you. Vets, online or off, will be able to answer your question (It might seem wierd but go to a walk-in clinic, it will get done quicker.)
My dog has several types of bumps, so I understand your concern. Soft bumps can be clogged oil glands, sebaceous cysts, or benign fatty tumors. The vet told us not to worry about any of these. You should see a vet to rule out cancer.
Cat claws and cat bites given during fights are great at causing absecces. This is probably what she has, sounds like it has burst open. You need to take her into your Veterinarian to make sure this is what the problem is. He will clean it out and put her on appropiate antibiotics plus stitch in a penrose drain into the wound to keep it open and draining. If you don't do this, it could kill your cat as sometimes they just don't heal but close back up and cause more infection. But you really need to know for sure what it is so off to the Vet you should go with your kitty.
My cat had a lump on his face, that gradually got larger. At first I just thought it was just a bump on his face as if he got hit, but then I realized it was starting to cover his eye and hold it shut. It looked very uncomfortable. I left it thinking it would resolve is self, until one day I noticed tufts of fur everywhere; the lump had started to slightly burst.
I took him to the vet (which I should have along time ago). The vet said these abscesses are commonly caused by cat fights, and and had to drain out the excess blood and fluid. Medication was given and I also had to wash the wound with cooled boiled water every day, with a strong recommendation of keeping my cat indoors until everything had healed.
If the lump is in the cat's fur, it is just a knot. If it's on the skin, it might just be a wart or a skin tag. But if it's under the skin, it could mean something serious. You really need to get your cat to a vet straight away.
It means that your cat is Handicapped...
It could be many things. A sore, thick hair, clumped hair, tumor, bee sting, injury, etc.
You need to investigate the lump and find out what it is and what is causing it. Otherwise, the cat may get sick and die.
It could mean that he fell off the couch and bumped his head. Or it could be an insect bite that swelled. Take the cat to the vet and learn what it is for sure.
all animals have lumps, my dog have a lump
The cats belly button is located where the umbilical cord was. You cant see the belly button with all of the fur in the way. The belly button is way too small to see. It would be located around the mid-section of the belly of a cat.
High-milkfat cow's milk, or cream, is relatively thick. Some cats cannot drink much of it without digestive upset. Always have fresh water available for your cats.
She probably has 1-2 kittens maybe more cause I had a cat that I thought that I felt 2 kittens but she only had 1.
No, kittens do not hatch from eggs. They are mammals. Like humans, each baby forms in a sac of fluid in the mommy's tummy. Cats have live-births.
Well all cats have different personalities but yes, some cats are mean. However, cats do not want to be mean. It's not like they are trying. Usually cats are mean if they had a bad past like an owner who did not take care of them or maybe they were abused.
look at your cats tummy when its big babys are inside
Possibly. You should take it to a vet.
A lump at the base of a cats tail can be an indication of many things. Some of these things include an abscessed wound, cyst, broken bone, or a simple fatty tumor.
Only your vet can diagnose this. It could be from an innocent mole to cancer so get it checked out.
It is recommended to have your vet to take a look at it. It is not normal for a lump to be near the incision site.
i started showing at around 2 or 3 months i had a little lump its was funny because its the type of lump when someone cannot distinguish whether you just have a chubby tummy or your actually pregnant so when i went to the store or something i felt like everyone was looking at my tummy saying um ew fatty lol!
haha! my cat sleeps on my tummy! i guess it feels more comfy
Cats are not attracted to anything citrus, and many people use lemon juice as a repellent for cats. Lemon juice can make a cat sick.
it means she needs to drink more water or milk.
