Iron deficiency. Most people get the majority of their iron intake through meats. However, it is not difficult to get, considering most vegetables contain iron.
The other thing you may encounter deficiency in is vitamin B-12, or omega 3, because those are found in only meat or eggs respectively. However these do not need to be taken in great quantities, and can be found easily in many vegan-oriented fortified foods. I use nutritional yeast for my B-12, and flax for my Omega-3.
