I am from the UK so I'm going to assume a) The Sears Tower is a high skyscraper b) The lobby is on the ground floor You would weigh slightly less because the mass of the entire Sears Tower would be directly above you. All mass (including the Sears Tower) has a gravitational pull The Sears Tower would exert a gravitational pull directly upwards which would reduce your weight. However, the effect would be very very small - not measurable by ordinary scales - and you certainly wouldn't be able to feel it.
