Rather than grinding in the combustion chamber, which would lower the compression ratio, I would think there would be more to gain by working in the valve pocket. Especially the short-side radius and the bottom of the valve guide. Also, a good three-angle valve job can improve flow through the head.
Trying
It's not even worth trying. The pressure in the cylinders during compression will blow away any gasket sealant. The ONLY way is to remove the head, have it resurfaced then put it back together. NO IT WON'T only thing that will help is a new gasket set ( I KNOW DAMET )
Quirrell is trying to steal the Sorcerer's Stone for Voldemort (who is on the back of his head, under his turbin)
no. depending on how long the car was driven with a blown head gasket some serious metal on metal warping could have occured if are trying to buy a used car for cheap that had a blown head gasket i wouldn't recommend however if its your car that has the blown gasket take it to the shop very easy to fix
Just install the Egrip and the expansion chamber. Is what you can't do, the egrip frame comes too close to the tombstone to allow for an expansion chamber to fit, I'm trying to find a solution, did anyone find one yet?
Replace the gasket, make sure the cover isn't dented from people just trying to tighten it down to stop the leak.
if your trying to fix the oil leak the oil pan gasket isn't going to do it our 3800 has leaked oil since is was new dealer put a new pan gasket in it about 4 times the pan gets warped and leaks again with in a few weeks
Sounds like the gun already had a round in the chamber. One should always make sure the gun is unloaded before storage.
No, there is no 'quick fix' for a head gasket, and trying something like stopleak WILL make the problem worse. Also the longer you let it go without repairing it, the more extensive and therefor expensive the dammage will be.
no, because the factory air box is so restrictive (trying to quiet the intake down) simply by removing the air box you improve hp and mileage maybe not noticeably because you are now sucking hot air from the engine bay but if you do a cold air intake you will def see noticable gains. Like any seal or gasket, when you have a tramendious amount of presure that is constantly trying to escape, over time that seal or gasket, locking in the presure, will get old and start to allow leaks. This is from the constant fluctuation in temperature. Once a small leak occurs it will only get worse until you replace it
The Basilisk was trying to purge the school of muggle-born students. Then, in the Chamber itself, he was told to kill Harry Potter. The snake at the duelling club was about to attack Justin Finch-Fletchley.
