No. Copyright is totally different thing than PHOTO COURTESY.

PHOTO COURTESY means give honor to any photo by the quotations of author or owner.

You can do the photo courtesy but You can do copyright for your purpose with out the permission of the author or owner.

For Example: You have taken any photo and any newspaper or story writer or news channel want to show then they will enlist at the end of the PHOTO that COURTESY of ABC.
