diabetis insipidus is a disease in which the body produce very diluted urine which can not be reduced even if the body fluid intake is reduced. thiazed works in the diastal convoluted tubule by bloking the action of Na/Cl channel. theredore the concentration of Na/Cl increase in the urine. that's what i understand i hope all of you will benefit and correct me if i am wrong. :)
