someone that is over their weight on the scale. the scale is for your age and height, then they read a graph then tell you if you are obese or skinny or just right. p.s. everyone is "obese" according to the chart.

Obese is a word referring to being over the average weight of other people the same height and age as you. The scale may also vary due to factors contributing to weight such as whether you smoke, your diet, your exercise routine, stress level, and many others.
