2200- 2800 depending on their metabolic rate.
There is not enought information to answet this question. The 31 year old female's weight is also needed.
The child's weight, metabolic rate, and the child's total intake of calories
Increasing the amount of muscle you have will raise your metabolic rate. For example, if you add ten pounds of muscle in the next year through proper strength training your body will consume an additional 350 to 500 calories daily. Muscle is your metabolic furnace that burns additional calories 24 hours a day (not just during and immediately after exercise).
Metabolism is worked out using BMR. BMR stands for your basal metabolic rate. This is the amount of cals you burn doing nothing, just allowing your body to run. The larger you are (weight or height) the higher your BMR will be. The older you are the lower your BMR will be due to muscle loss year on year. If you have a lot of muscle compared to fat your BMR will be higher.
This entirely depends on the caloric outake in relation to the metabolic rate of the individual.
That is a very high heart rate for a young adult.
0.7 % (Compared to last year price index) as at end September 2009
Average Heart Rate * Newborn 130 * Older Child 100 * Adult 60-101 Source: Wikipedia
I suppose an older adult would be the older of the two being compared. eg, A 31 year-old is older than a 30 year-old. I don't think the word older can be used unless comaparing the age of two persons or things. Hmmm, makes me wonder if an older adult is older than an old adult.
A rest and with a normal heart the HR ( Heart rate) is between 60 - 100 BPM
