well university of Illinois in urbana/champaign is considerably better than the other state schools in Illinois. if you're in state at Illinois, probably a like 28 ish would get you in. out of state probably a thirty? I'm not sure but that sounds about right. and the other state schools such as northern, eastern, southern, western, and uic, you could get in with a relatively low score, like 21-24 out of state, and if you're in state, i know a kid who had a 18 and got accepted into western, so instate, you're fine as long as you showed up to school pretty much.
