about 85 pounds No.....According to your height of 5' 3" your ideal healthy weight is 126 pounds. Your recommended weight range is 112 and 140 pounds
Average or ideal? The "average" American is overweight. I'd say a middle aged healthy man who is that tall (six-foot, four inches) should weigh 210 to 240 lbs depending on how muscular you are or want to be).
76 pounds would definitely be considered too low of a weight for someone who is 5 foot 5 inches tall in most cases. Only a doctor can truly assess what is healthy for the individual.
Height: 170 cm or 5 foot 7 inches. Weight: 60 to 65 kilograms or 132 to 143 pounds These are just estimates, but they are the most common estimates I found.
How the foot is able to support the weight of the body is all dependant on geometry. The arch of the foot supports the most weight. It is angled in such a weigh that the weight is distributed through the legs.

Averge height and weight of male is 5'10 with 70-75 kg.
it can get to about 1 foot at the most but they are most about 20 inches
Inches are the same as ruler inches. Most rulers are one foot, so it would be 3 feet and 2 inches.
3 foot 5 inches at the most.
For most teenage girls, no, that is below healthy weight. But if you have very frail bones or just an overall thin body type it might be okay. If you are really concerned about it you should probably ask a doctor or a nutritionist.....
