It's a toss up between your electric bill and your water bill. If you live in North Dakota where it's winter 10 months out of the year, your electric bill is probably more important. Don't want to freeze to death, and you can always melt snow for water, right? If you live in Florida, however, your water is probably more important since you're not going to freeze to death, but without water you could quite possibly die of dehydration. If you have trouble paying your bills, call your utility companies. They are usually able to help you out with an extension, or can recommend a community agency that can make a payment for you. For those of us in the deep south, we choose water.
