HVAC, when used in context to engineering, stands for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. This is specifically indoor technology used to provide comfort through the control of temperature and air-flow.
ACSR stands for aluminum conductor, steel reinforced. This type of conductor is used for transmission lines that are strung between poles or towers. The aluminum is used for its lower resistance, and the steel provides the structural strength.
Diodes are used for a number of different purposes. Its most common function, however, is to act as a semi-conductor in a variety of commonly used household appliances.
The brands that make the most popular LCR meters (devices used to measure the inductance, capacitance, and resistance of a component) are BK and Reed.
Hvac and Energy star are the most used air condition systems used. They have been using Hvac longer and is probably better. Energy star is better for the environment, and is slowly becoming more popular.
A plastic spatula is not a conductor, as electricity does not transfer through plastic. A metal spatula is a conductor, since the metal used in kitchenware is often steel (stainless is the most popular), and steel is a conductor. While a better conductor would be copper, aluminum, silver, or gold, steel does conduct electricity.

Super computer and super conductor both are different applications. Super conductors used in hvac/hvda transmission system which can bear a high voltage/current, but the super computer means high speed.
Freon. In most of them nowadays, it is Freon 134-A.
Copper
The purpose is what it was without a HVAC system ... to make heat !
The most commonly used conductor of electricity is copper. For larger size service conductors the most commonly used conductor for electricity is aluminum. Aluminum service conductors are used to keep the overall cost of the project lower and are lighter to work with than copper wire.
Argon is an insulator and it is also becoming more popular as in insulator used in windows!
Beg your pardon but Carbon is a good semi conductor - it is used in most small resisters.
If a material allows free electrons to move easily from one atom to another then we call that material a conductor. Most metals let their free electrons roam, so most metals are good conductors. Silver is the best conductor. Copper is almost as good at conducting as silver, and it costs a lot less, so copper is the most popular material used in electrical pathways, or circuits.
HVAC ducts are used in all construction. It is important to have proper air circulation in buildings.
