I can't speak for all Chevy Blazers, but I have a '96 according to my calculations I get about 15 MPG. :(

I have a 2002 Blazer with the 4.3L engine and 3.73 differential gear ratio, it gives me 17 mpg on average.
Here In Colorado I got about 18 mpg city, but when I drove cross country i was amazed at 27 mpg, pretty economical for an old SUV.
