The largest internal part in your body well.................let's see...............when people mean part, sometimes that can mean an organ or a body part like a leg, arm, or head. The biggest internal organ in your body is your heart. The biggest internal part would probably be your muscular system or skeletal system.
Glands only deal with secretions esp hormones. They have no other functions like pituitary gland only secretes hormones. But there are glands which have other functionslike pancreas secretes insulin but it also secretes pancreatic enzymes hence it is also called an organ usually these are referred as "vital organ" . A person can survive without a gland like sweat gland but not without an organ.Organs have many functions that is important for survival. Like stomach one of its function is to secrete enzymes to help in digestion but food is churned by the stomach through muscular contractions of the wall - reducing the volume of the fundus, before looping around the fundus and the body of stomach as the boluses are converted into chyme (partially-digested food).Without Stomach an individual cannot survive.Rasiqh (North South University)
Organ
organ-like structures in a cell
what large hollow muscular organ that can expand like a balloon
The Stomach
The muscular system is responsible for body movement. They aren't exactly an organ. However, they are more like a organ disguised in the form of muscular tissue.
Its a hollow muscular organ and it works like a pump.

Its a hollow muscular organ and it works like a pump.
A bag like organ that holds urine is the bladder.
The frog's stomach is sac-like, meaning that as food goes into it, it can stretch out more. This provides more digestive surface itself, but it is combined by the smooth muscles churning the food even further.
The heart is a muscle, but it is NOT in the muscular system, and pumps blood to all parts of the body :)
The heart is a four chambered muscular pump, whose sole task is to pump blood round the body.
chyme
The stomach is an organ of digestion. It has a sac-like shape and is located between the esophagus and the intestines. There is a major organ group called the Digestive System, comprised of many sections including the alimentary canal in which is a storage bag, so to speak, called the stomach. The stomach receives food from the esophagus, adds various enzymes, churns the contents to mix, and the resultant chyme is then squeezed, so to speak, into the small intestine. As it is a part of the body, specialized in a particular function; yes, it is an organ, particularly as it uses muscles to churn and pass the product of its work (chyme) along to the next contributor to digestion, the small intestine.
