New Madrid Fault line
There are at least two US geologic features called the "Emerson Fault" : one in Georgia and one in southern California. NORTHERN GEORGIA The Emerson Fault is a geologic feature associated with the creation of the Appalachian Mountains. It runs from northern Alabama to near Carterville in northern Georgia. (see related question) SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA The Emerson Fault, Camp Rock Fault, and Copper Mountain Fault form a 100 km line through the Mojave Desert north and east of Barstow, CA. These faults, among others, were involved in the Landers earthquake of 1992, which occurred north of Yucca Valley and Palm Springs, CA.

Liquiñe-Ofqui Fault i believe
There is a fault line that runs through the western portion of New York state. Including, buffalo/niagara region. This fault line is named the Clarendon-Linden fault line. Although, we do not see steady recordable action from the fault line (like that of the San Andreas in western U.S.) it is considered a moderate seismic risk. This would classify most earthquakes created from the fault line around a 5.0 magnitude on the Richter scale.
The San Andreas fault runs through California and is the meeting point of the Pacific and North American tectonic plates.
The Enriquillo-Plantain Garden fault
The name of on of the fault lines that is found in North America is called the New Madrid Seismic Zone. It threatens a total of seven states.
