Earthquakes and volcanoes most commonly occur at tectonic plate boundaries called fault lines.

The US Geological suvey has quite a nice website entitled "This Dynamic Earth" which will probably answer any more specific questions.

Volcanoes and earthquakes are likely to occur?

Yes, they are likely to occur.

What is geological stability?

Location on a single tectonic plate in which means natural disasters such as earthquakes and volcanoes do not occur. eg; Australia

Earthquakes and occur at plate boundaries?

Why do earthquakes occur at volcanoes?

To release pressure.

Do most earthquakes and volcanoes occur within plates or along the boundaries of plates?

Earthquakes and volcanoes occur mostly near the convergent plate boundary.

Where do earthquakes and volcanoes mostly frequently occur?

Underground Earthquakes occur along fault lines. Volcanoes are all over the world but a good place to find one is in the Ring of Fire.

Why do earthquakes and volcanic eruptions frequently occur in the same area?

because a volcanic eruption happens after an earthquake

Where are earthquakes or volcanoes likely to occur?

The answer is that earthquakes and volcanoes are most frequent along Tectonic plate boundaries, these are the natural pieces that the continents and oceans are on.

What are volcanoes and earthquakes likely to occur?

If you mean "where" earthquakes and volcanoes are most likely to occur it is in what's called the "ring of fire" which is the coastal ring around the Pacific Ocean.

Why is it unlikely for Northern Ireland not to have a major earthquake?

It is just Ireland's location. As there are no major faults near Ireland, volcanic and seismic activity is low. There are no active volcanoes in Ireland but sometimes very small earthquakes do occur in Ireland, or off its coasts. It is just Ireland's location.
