praying (or salah or salat or namaz)
No difference between Sunni and Shiiat Mosques. It is always said Muslim Mosque. What would you see in a Sunni mosque is the same as what in a Shiiat mosque. You see in the mosque mainly:Mehrab: A structure or drawing on wall marking the direction to be face by the Muslims during praying.Menbar: a wooden or brick structure formed of some steps (usually three steps or more) ending with a flat surface to allow the Mosque leader (Imam) to step up to deliever sermon and to sit down on this flat area when needed.Carpets or the like is covering the floor.
Sunni Muslims can pray in a mosque, in their house, or any other clean area which is suitable for prayer. They will typically have a prayer rug/mat with them in order to create a clean space for prayer while on the go.
It is mainly not called two sections. Shia and Sunnis are both Muslims, but they have a slight difference in their way of Islam. A Shia Muslim can't let a Sunni Muslim enter their mosque because he is a Sunni. It goes the same for Sunnis as well.
