It depends on the type of exercise, and how vigorous. it can get over 150 and that is fine if you are doing vigorous exercise. If it gets above that, then make sure to drink lots of water (at least 2 1/2 to 3 liters a day).
The normal heart rate for adults is between 60-100 beats per minute. However, medications and certain conditions can raise and lower your normal pulse rate. Additionally, people who are very physically fit sometimes have a much lower resting heart rate. See your doctor to determine what a proper heart rate is for yourself personally.
not just for 55 year old woman, but for all adults is between 60 and 80, and some say between 60 and 100
The target heart rate is 120 - 170 bpm.The target heart rate is 120 - 170 bpm.
normal heart rate for an adult is 60-100 beats per minute if you are athletic the heart rate may be a little lower than 60.

If a 12 year old has a heart rate of 170 while exercising they should see a doctor immediately. The heart rate is very high so they should go, because its very bad for the child.
You should walk around or stetch so that your heart rate slows down very gradually, as that is the best way for the heart to adjust back to its normal pump rate.
The normal heart rate is 60-100 beats per minute. Consistent heart rates over 100 beats per minute indicates tachycardia, and consistently under 60 beats per minute indicates bradycardia. From: Edward R. Laskowski, M.D., The mayo Clinic, www.Mayoclinic.com

of course. its part of the human body functions.
i actually just saiyin that you can search the resting heart rate and maybe it'll show the exercising one

It depends what exercise you are doing, how hard you are working your body etc. To work out what your heart rate should be you take your age away from the maximum heart rate (205). So you should aim for a heart rate of 158 when exercising. Hope that helps :)
