Minimum of 10 at idle when warm. 30 at idle and 50 at 3000 rpm would be ideal.
Normal is 30 at idle. 50+ at 3000 rpm. Minimum is 12 at idle.
Normal is 20 to 60 psi.
Close, 10 is a little low.
V6 is 40 psi, four cylinder is 15 psi.
Hot at idle, 20-30 psi.
Of course it is not normal. You have no fuel pressure at startup, and the engine is starving for fuel. Look at the fuel pressure regulator or for leaking fuel injectors that are bleeding off at shut down. This is definitely not normal and anyone who tells you it is, should not be trusted to repair this vehicle.
