It's called a blowhole. They take a breath and then swim for an hour or so and come abck up. Whales do the same.

Dolphins don't have noses, silly! They have a single nostril atop their head called a 'blow-hole'. Don't laugh! That's what it's called.
The nose is on the top the dolphins head. This is why a spray of mist comes up when it breathes. And not all dolphins have pointy beaks. The beak is where the mouth is. Porpoises have blunt heads. They have no beak at all.
