I don't understand what you mean by the "oldest" required age but here is my answer that I KNOW to be true: 1) Must be a member of the Catholic church, completed the sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation. These are staged throughout the ages of development in body and mind. That means you must have completed them chronologically. Confirmation requires learning and studdying in order to become Confirmed. You will not be allowed to confirmed without permission from the church. Usually this occurs with entry into high school. 2) Most orders require that you have a degree of some sort in order to better fulfill your calling and the order. Education is very important in determining if one is ready to become a nun. 3) Can not have previously been married, unless widdowed. If previously married you must prove the falseness of such marriage, and its preferred the divorce be from the Catholic Church. 4) You can not have any debt. 5) If you have children, they must be over the age of 18. 6) Almost always you will need to have apprenticeship. These are temporary vows before you will be able to become a nun. IN CONCLUSION: Age is irrelevent if these steps are completed and your vows are true.
