The oldest structure which is now in Islam is undoubtedly the Kaaba (the "Cube") in al-Makkah. It was built, however, not by Muslims, but (probably) by Hindus. Since Muslims have kept it in repair, it could be properly called the oldest building in Islam.

The oldest building in Islam is Kaaba in Makkah (or Mecca) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Kaaba is narrated that it was built by prophet Adam ans when covered by sands the building was raised again by prophet Abraham and his son prophet Ismael. Hindus were never in this area and never built or participated in building Kaaba, They have nothing to do with it and it is not related at all to their beliefs.
