Depends on what you are doing with them. For a resume, the ones that apply most directly to the job and your qualifications should come first. In general, profession designations come first. (Attorney or Dentist) Higher degrees come next. PhD, Masters, Bachelors and then Associates Certifications should probably be placed in order of the difficulty in obtaining them. A certification that you get from a 3 hour course doesn't compare to one that takes 30 hours of college credit.
