If I recall correctly the 4.6L have 2 coil packs blocks.
There location are in front of the engine between the radiator and the block where the sparkplug wire meet.
The 5.7L have 8 coil packs and they are located on each spark plug.

To avoid confusion, replace spark plug wires one at a time.
