The colonial governments were established by ousting the natives living in the country.

After the discovery of this country or as he described in his Travel journal 'A New World Revealed', all the European voyagers got attracted to the wealth available in this country and started settling here. These settlers with the help of slaves brought en-route from Africa, managed to set up the colonies by killing and ousting the Native Indians.
