It depends on the type of glue, but most kinds have a pH at or slightly below 7.0, which is neutral (the same pH as pure water). Glue with a pH below 5.5 would probably be too acidic and a glue above 7.5 would be too basic.

Elmers multipurpose glue all has a ph of 4.8-5.1. Elmers School glue has a ph of 4.5-5.5. Elmers wood glue has a ph of 4-5. Elmers wood glue max has a ph of 2.4-2.8. You can often find the ph of different glues by looking at their safety data sheets.
