I know this question has been answered before several times because I supervise the Isuzu topic, but here it is again. Power is for regular driving conditions and is where it should be set normally, winter sets the start off gear in the transmission to 2 instead of 1 so your tires will not spin on ice or snow. ( the higher gear and lower torque gives better traction )
You push the winter drive button on the center console....right behind shifter.
The engine computer on 1991 Isuzu Troopers is mounted on top of the transmission hump, under the center console in the cab of the vehicle. If you have the 4L30E transmission then the transmission computer is mounted next to the driver side (Left) front speaker.
Dextron 2 or 3..
No, This is a common misconception. The 3.2s and the 3.5s are Isuzu engines. There is much confusion on this topic due to the rebadging of Rodeos as Passports and Troopers as Acura SLXs but both were designed and built by Isuzu.
because it needs to be replaced. short circuted
2002 WAS THE LAST YEAR. I HAVE ONE. THE ASCENDER TOOK THE PLACE OF THE TROOPER.
Someone can find an Isuzu Trooper for sale by checking their local Yellow Pages and locating an Isuzu dealership near them. Also, you can check your local newspaper's classified section for any listing of new or used Isuzu Troopers for sale.
Between the two front seats where the hand brake and shifter are is usually what is called a centre console
