Temperature IDLE? So let's rephrase that...You've got an Accord. The temperature gauge goes down when you drive at highway speeds in cold weather. Your thermostat is broken. It's in the fitting where the upper radiator hose enters the block, and that fitting is held on by three bolts. Remove the bolts, throw away the old thermostat and gasket, insert new ones of both, torque the three bolts to 9 lb-ft, bleed your cooling system and you're done.
I would have to say, change the thermostat in it.
No, you should be able to keep the same body temperature. However, You'll also be effected by the outside weather itself.

I had to try one additional part. I thought the pressure regulator resolved my problem. With an outside temperature at 45 degrees the car started up great. An outside temperature at 65 degrees caused the car to stall after the initial start-up. The intake air temperature sensor ($16.00) was replaced and this solved my problem.

There is no method of heating the water in your ear. Whenever water comes out of your ear, it is a problem. You need to consult the E.N.T. specialist or at least your family physician. The water, that comes out will achieve the body temperature in most cases. You will feel it hot, if your finger tips are relatively cold. That is common in temperate zone.
No, that is not a problem.
11Since the morning temperature was -3 degrees & the temperature had risen 14 degrees by 3pm, the problem is simply done by adding -3 & 14 which is 11.
