It could be any of a number of problems. Overheated transistors fail, even transistors that are running in normal temperature range can have heat stress fractures that cause them to be intermittent. Fuel pumps can also fail when hot, and of course, don't forget about the possibility of having a partially blocked fuel filter.
First, check the fuel filter and see if you're still getting fuel when it won't start.
Next, try pulling the ECM and having it checked. Honda's are notorious for that problem.
If neither of those potential problems point to what's going on in YOUR car, start with the old diagnostic routine. It's either fuel delivery, ignition related or compression. If you have all 3, the engine will run.
