Not knowing what year Accord you have, if it's '94-'97, check the temperature guage, and if the engine is not reaching normal operating temperature, check your coolant level, or replace the thermostat (around $12), it's located at the engine end of the LOWER radiator hose. Next check your heater cable adjustment. In the passenger side floor area, look up toward the console, and find a small, funny-shaped black plastic cover, that has two black plastic rivets holding it in place. Remove those and the cover, then make sure the heater cable jacket is still attached to the clamp where it should be. Marks in the jacket will show where it was originally installed. In this same area, make sure the white plastic part that this end of the heater cable attaches to, is working properly. The grease on it gets old. Detach the cable, and use aerosol carb and choke cleaner, or WD-40, and a rag, spray the part and work it back and forth manually until it moves free again. Reassemble and hopefully enjoy.
is the blower motor running? or is it just not blowing hot air?
Where is the heater blower fan located 1996 honda accord?
It does not have a block heater.
Hose going from engine to heater core may have burst. Check all your coolant hoses for leaks.
replace it
A block heater for a Honda Accord helps to quickly raise the temperature of the car to the proper heat level. This allows for a quicker engine start-ups.

I have exactly the same problem on a Honda accord 99.
'90 Honda Accord will start but shut off. What could this problem be?
It is broken. AC's usually blow cold air.
A block heater is not a standard item for most vehicles. They have to be installed aftermarket.
