A wired nut
On what? IS this an outlet or a switch?
Two wires are needed for 220 volts.
To install a new fixture to replace the one that was removed reconnect the two hot wires together and then reconnect the two neutral wires together. Place the two wires from the new fixture to the corresponding wire colours that you just spliced together. This wiring should be down stream from the light switch. When the switch is turned on the new fixture should light. If this is not the scenario of your question then more information needs to be given.
The better quality tools all have 3 wires. You are looking at cheaper tools.
If you mean 2 bare copper wires those are the ground wires. Tie them together and then connect the light fixture ground wire which will be green or bare copper to those ground wires.
what do we call in the two sided fastener
Yes, especially if they are similar in construction or related. The semicolon is the proper way to join them.

Assuming there is 8 wires in existing Renault wiring iso speaker plug at back of radio, the two outer wires at each end of plug are for left rear and right rear speakers, tap into these wires i.e. strip the insulation back a couple of inches from the plug and join new speaker wires onto the stripped wires. If only 4 wires in existing Renault wiring iso speaker plug then buy iso speaker plug from auto factor and join existing Renault wiring on speaker plug onto new cable and join new speaker cables (the ones you are fitting) onto the outside wires at each end of the new iso plug.
In a box it is common practice to join two black wires, two white wires and two ground wires, for example, to extend the circuit to another location. Provided you don't overload the circuit it is okay to put 3-wires into the comparable wirenuts for your external light. There are some added caveats including not exceeding the number of wires designed for the box (usually 4); and outside circuits normally require a GFCI circuit for safety.
If it was two wires under one screw on a single-pole breaker, that would not be proper, and most probably against electrical code.If it was two wires, each under their own screw on a double-pole breaker, then that would be a 220 volt circuit; each wire going to its own "leg" of the breaker panel.

Temporary fastener: a device designed for the inperminent attachment of widget A to Widget B (i.e. one "thing" to another "thing"). Examples: "zip-tie", velcro, wire, etc.
A zip is a fastener on clothing made with two sets of interlocking teeth which fit together by use of a slider.
a usb cable has four wires, two for power and two for communication.
YES
Spelled RIVET. It sets a metal fastener (a rivet) that permanently joins two pieces of metal.
